NYC to Montauk bus.

Montauk is the eastern end of The Hampton Jet’s planned NYC–Hamptons route. Compare Luxury and First Class for the journey from Manhattan to South Euclid Avenue.

Your Montauk stop

The planned stop is near the police station on South Euclid Avenue, with pickup at 34 South Euclid Avenue and drop-off at 30–34 South Euclid Avenue. The coach does not provide a transfer to the lighthouse, beaches or individual hotels; arrange the rest of your journey separately.

Where to board in Manhattan

Planned eastbound pickups run down Lexington Avenue:

Montauk to NYC by bus

Montauk is the starting point for planned westbound trips. Check the Montauk departure time for your date, then review the Manhattan Third Avenue drop-offs when planning your return.

Planned Manhattan drop-offs:

  • Third Avenue & East 39th Street
  • Third Avenue & East 51st Street
  • Third Avenue & East 86th Street

Planned fares and coach choices

NYC–Montauk reserved fares are $39 for Luxury or $49 for First Class per person, one way. Luxury coaches have 56 seats; First Class coaches have 46 seats with extra legroom. Both offer leather seating, power at every seat and an onboard restroom.

Automatic seat assignment is included. Choosing a specific available seat adds $5 per passenger, per direction. Walk-on fares are $50 for Luxury and $60 for First Class, subject to available seats.

When does the bus run?

Planned service runs Thursday through Monday, with no Tuesday or Wednesday service. Check the timetable for your date, direction and coach class. Memorial Day and Labor Day use special Monday schedules.

This route has intermediate stops and is not nonstop. Travel time depends on traffic and your selected pickup. Allow extra time when arranging onward transportation.
